We currently do not ship outside of the United States. However, we will look to support international orders soon. Please check back soon, as we are expanding our shipping locations as quickly as possible!

Does Sensory Joy offer international shipping? 

All orders ship from our warehouse within 2 to 5 business days of placing the order. Most items will arrive in about 2-3 weeks or 7-15 business days unless stated otherwise. 
Please be advised that delivery times vary and are based on your geographical location and your proximity to the nearest sorting center.

We only accept cancellation requests within 1 hour of placing your order. After 1 hour, your order is sent for processing and cannot be modified or canceled.

How can I track my order?  

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to submit a return request. To be eligible the item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The following are not eligible for refund or exchange: Final sales, Gift cards, Gifts with purchase & Our compression sheets cannot be returned or exchanged for health and hygiene reasons.
International orders are NOT eligible for return
